The Illinois Springfield women's soccer team capped off a successful weekend with a 1-0 road win over Missouri-St. Louis on Sunday afternoon. The Prairie Stars improved to 3-6-3 overall and 2-5-2 in the GLVC, earning back-to-back victories for the first time this season.

The Illinois Springfield men's soccer team created several quality scoring chances but came up empty in a 2-0 road loss to Missouri-St. Louis on Sunday afternoon. The Prairie Stars move to 2-7-3 overall and 1-6-2 in the GLVC, while the Tritons improve to 3-3-5 and 2-2-4 in conference play.

The Illinois Springfield men's tennis team battled closely with Purdue Northwest on Saturday, falling 4-3 in a competitive fall matchup. The Pride, who finished last spring ranked No. 29 in Division II men's tennis by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, took the doubles point and held off a late UIS push in singles play.

The Illinois Springfield women's cross country team posted a solid effort at the Lewis Crossover on Saturday, finishing 24th of 36 teams in one of the most competitive meets in NCAA DII cross country. The Prairie Stars recorded a top-five total time of 1:57:07, averaging 23:25 per runner, and a top-seven total of 2:47:49, with an average of 23:58, showing consistency but room for improvement in pack positioning.
