Strengthening the institution, student success, and retention through High Impact Practices

In October 2023, the University of Illinois Springfield was awarded a five-year $2.25 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education (ED) under Title III – Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP). UIS will use the funding for its Learning, Expanding, and Developing Enriched Support for High-Impact Practices to involve the entire campus community over the five-year period (2023-2028).
