The Annual Evaluation Process for Academic Professional and Civil Service employees has begun! Human Resources is pleased to present an updated electronic version of the Annual Performance Evaluation to be used as of April 1, 2026.
Employees should NOT click on the evaluation form to start their self-evaluations. More information on the annual evaluation process, including best practices and Frequently Asked Questions, can be found on the Human Resources website.
The evaluation period is from April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026. Evaluations must be submitted to Human Resources no later than close of business, Friday June 5, 2026.
