To improve operational efficiency and maximize cost savings for the university, UIS will be migrating our Zoom environment into the UIUC tenant.

Please be aware of the following maintenance window:

• Date: Tuesday, February 3
• Time: 12:01 AM (midnight) – 3:00 AM CST
• Impact: Zoom will be unavailable during this time.

What you need to know: Once the maintenance is complete, Zoom will function as normal. This migration will have no impact on previous recordings, scheduled meetings, or future calendar invites. All of your existing meeting links will continue to work.

Post-Maintenance Note: No action is required on your part. All past, current, and future meetings/links will remain intact and function normally after 3:00 AM.
