Dear Students, Faculty and Staff:
The 4th floor of Brookens is being closed due to necessary roof repairs. Faculty and staff with workspaces on the 4th floor are being relocated and leadership will be communicating with their constituents about these new locations as soon as possible. We expect these moves to be complete within the next week.
This closure affects the entire fourth floor, including the library stacks and study spaces. The Library staff will be communicating with patrons about how to request materials for pickup if those items are housed on the 4th floor.
A roof repair project is in development with the Illinois Capital Development Board.
