Campus Recreation offers many opportunities for employment.

Positions are available through the University work-study program and part-time employment. Employees learn valuable skills that will serve them throughout their lifetime.

The Process

To be considered for employment, please read the information carefully, follow the steps listed below, and submit the required application materials.

The following procedures, which apply to all new applicants, must be followed for you to be considered for employment:

1. Apply on the UIS Handshake web site.
2. Upon reviewing your Application for Employment we may email you for an interview. Being granted an interview will be based upon our needs and your qualifications as they are reflected in your application materials. All applications will be kept on file for the current academic year. We encourage you to return your application as soon as possible.
