Good morning,

We are currently looking for staff members who are willing to serve as judges for Springfest.

Springfest is UIS's longest-running tradition. It's an exciting event to close out the end of the year. An event where students come together to compete in fun activities and challenges as a team. Judges help by observing the activities, keeping track of points, and helping make sure the event runs fairly and smoothly.

Please see below, a description for various roles judges will play at each of the events throughout Springfest: 

• Wednesday, April 22nd (Flag): Judges will evaluate and assign scores to each team's submitted flag bases on predetermined criteria.
• Wednesday, April 22nd (Scavenger Hunt): Judges will be stationed at various location to to support specific missions, ensuring teams follow the rules.
• Friday, April 24 (Trivia): Judges will be stationed at each table, monitoring the teams to ensure fair play.
• Saturday, April 25 (All sports): Judges will officiate and score teams in sports, enforcing the rules and maintaining fair competition.

Score sheets, directions, and support will be provided to judges at every event!
