Gary W. Reinbold has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, a M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University Chicago, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Michigan Technological University. He has worked at the Dow Chemical Company, the international law firm of Mayer Brown, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Harvard Kennedy School. At UIS, he teaches core and elective courses in the M.P.A. program and advises M.P.A. students. He has experience in a variety of law and policy areas, including corporate, securities, health, education, welfare, and international development. He currently focuses on public lands and wildlife law and policy.
