Ricci serves as Director of Development for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and the College of Public Affairs and Education at the University of Illinois Springfield. With a career rooted in leadership, relationship-building, and philanthropy, Dula previously served for more than 20 years with the Boy Scouts of America, guiding organizational growth and community impact initiatives. His earlier roles across California and Illinois further developed his expertise in team leadership and program development. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in sociology, Dula brings a people-centered approach to advancing UIS, connecting donors with meaningful opportunities to support students, faculty, and the broader community.
