Sean Crawford of NPR Illinois will moderate the discussion with panelists Dr. Matt Geras of the UIS School of Politics & International Affairs; Dr. Hans Hassell of Florida State University; and Dr. Kristina LaPlant of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
