The Office of Strategic Communications will be hosting two Open Photo Studio sessions for Fall 2025 for all staff or faculty. The photos can be used for university purposes such as department websites, campus directory, speaking engagements at conferences, etc. Any staff or faculty member who either hasn’t had their portrait taken or would like another, more recent, portrait taken are encouraged to attend. 

The Strategic Communications photo studio is in the Business Services Building, Room 95 (BSB 95). Please see attached PDF map for specific directions. 

The Open Studio Sessions will be:

Tuesday, October 14, 12:00 – 4:30 p.m.  

Wednesday, October 15, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Mark your calendars, the next opportunity to have your portrait taken will be in the Spring 2025 semester.

Each portrait session will take two to three minutes.
