Colten Soto, Candidate for Undergraduate Student Senator

I am committed to run on a campaign of outreach and engagement. Since UIS has roots as an upper-division college, it is of the utmost importance that all undergraduates have their voices heard and needs met, and this is my primary motivator. I will advocate for all UIS undergraduates and dedicate time and work to ensuring that the UIS undergraduate programs are run equitably and efficiently within their own scope as well as in the greater context of the campus. Whether you are a local, transfer, upper or lower division, on-campus living or commuter undergraduate student, I will work to fulfill your needs and allow for your voice to be heard. I have leadership experience as well as the dedication required to be an ally to all undergraduate students and their vision of a better UIS.
