Interviews

GPSI holds interviews to determine which internship the applicant will be placed in. It is a mutual selection process. After the agencies review the applications and offer the interviews, the students have the opportunity to review the position description of the internship to determine if they are interested in the position. After interviews are conducted, the agencies will select the student or students they want to hire and then the students have a the opportunity to accept or decline the offer.
The GPSI office is the conduit to which the offers, results, and matches go through. It is possible that after a round of interviews, an internship may not be filled and/or an applicant may not be placed. If this is the case, the internship & applicant (if eligible) will move to the next round of hiring.
