Start off Queertober the right way, and join us at the centers on Thursday, October 1st, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in the Student Life Building (SLB 15 & SLB 22)! Bring friends, or your favorite faculty/staff member to enjoy some snacks, refreshments games, and great conversation. This is your chance to explore the things you love about the Women’s Center, the Diversity Center, and the GSSS Center. 

Queernections offers a comfortable, accepting, and non-judgmental social atmosphere for students, faculty, and staff with marginalized gender and/or sexual identities and allied peers. Students hang out, listen to music, make plans for the weekend or for the semester, and get to know students, faculty, and staff at UIS. We will have light snacks and refreshments!!
