The Illinois Springfield women's golf team sits sixth through Sunday's play at the Bradley Coyote Creek Classic, with some players still having up to two holes remaining in the second round.
UIS currently sits at 623, 34 strokes behind Bradley, which leads the field at 589. Illinois State is second at 592, followed by Idaho State at 600, Oakland at 601 and Lindenwood at 620. The Prairie Stars are currently sixth, ahead of Eastern Illinois, Prairie View A&M and Evansville.
Millie Roach leads the Prairie Stars individually, sitting tied for 11th at 11-over 155 after completing both rounds. Roach carded a 78 in the opening round before shooting a 77 in the second.
Valentina Torrealba is 22nd at 17-over, currently at 7-over through 17 holes of her second round. She opened with a 10-over 82 and is currently three strokes better in the second round.
Gracie Russell is 23rd at 18-over, sitting at 11-over through 17 holes of the second round after opening with a 7-over 79.
Brooke Hartman is tied for 30th at 21-over after completing both rounds. Hartman opened with a 7-over 79 and followed with a 14-over 86.
Mackenzie Reeves is tied for 33rd at 22-over, with two holes remaining in her second round. Reeves opened with a 12-over 84 and is currently 10-over through 16 holes in the second round.
The Prairie Stars will finish the tournament Monday at Coyote Creek Golf Club.
