Enrollment and Retention Management Offices

The Division of Enrollment and Retention Management at the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) is comprised of several key offices that work collaboratively to support students throughout their academic journey. Admissions Recruitment focuses on attracting prospective students by sharing the value of a UIS education and guiding them through the initial stages of the enrollment process. Admissions Processing ensures that all application materials are accurately reviewed and evaluated in a timely manner. The Office of Financial Assistance helps students navigate the financial aid process, offering support with scholarships, grants, loans, and work-study opportunities to make education more affordable. Finally, Records and Registration manages student academic records, course registration, transcripts, and graduation processing, ensuring students stay on track toward their educational goals. Together, these offices provide comprehensive support from a student's first inquiry through graduation.
