The full program requires the completion of 34 semester hours of course work, including 28 hours of EDL courses and three semesters (two credit hours each) of internship experiences.

The UIS principal preparation program is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this minor program, you will learn analytical and problem-solving skills which will make you versatile and highly employable in both the public and private sector.

The Data Analytics Graduate Certificate is designed for Computer Science students who would like to acquire the basic knowledge and skills required for data science professionals to boost their marketability.
