ACUE Insights: Data Analysis Insight Charts and Teaching Reflections

Data analysis insight charts provide a framework for in-depth and systematic assessment of student learning on a classroom-wide scale, acting as a useful tool for data-driven pedagogical reflection. In this session, Dr. Stephanie Hedge, Associate Professor of English and Modern Languages, shares information about data analysis insight charts, how to effectively pair them with course grading, and her personal experiences using them to support reflection and analysis of her classes during the ACUE Effective Teaching Practices course.
