Daniel Matthews, associate professor of Educational Leadership, brings a caring, personable, people-centered approach to the Ombuds Office. Daniel Matthews has been a member of the faculty since 1994. His past service to UIS has been extensive: he has served as Chair of the Educational Leadership Program and Personnel Committees, Chair of the Campus Planning and Budget Committee, Chair of the College of Education and Human Services Personnel Committee, member of the Campus Senate, member of the Campus Tenure Review Committee, and member of the Campus Promotions Committee.
