The NCAA Division II Midwest Men's Basketball Tournament will take place this weekend at The Recreation and Athletic Center (TRAC) on the campus of the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS). Missouri S&T, serving as the host institution in partnership with UIS, enters as the No. 1 seed.

Missouri S&T enters as the No. 1 seed and serves as the official host school for the tournament. The eight-team field includes:
  1. Missouri S&T (24-5)
  2. Lake Superior State (27-8)
  3. Michigan Tech (23-7)
  4. Missouri-St. Louis (19-11)
  5. Ferris State (25-8)
  6. Northern Michigan (22-9)
  7. Lincoln (23-8)
  8. Malone (16-15)
The first round begins Saturday, March 15, with four games at TRAC.GLIAC champion Northern Michigan faces conference for Michigan Tech at noon. GLVC champion Lincoln matches up with Lake Superior State at 2:30 p.m. Host Missouri S&T plays GMAC champion Malone at 5 p.m. and Missouri-St. Louis and Ferris State close out the day at 7:30 p.m

The second round follows on Sunday, March 16 with games at 5 and 7:30 p.m. The regional championship game is set for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18. The tournament winner will advance to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight.

Tickets are available for purchase through HomeTown Ticketing. Prices are $6 for adults, $5 for students with a college ID or seniors (65 and older), and $4 for youth (12 and under). Tickets can be purchased online here or through the HomeTown Fan App.
