Dear Students, Faculty and Staff:

The University Experience Survey remains available through Nov. 21. Over the past three weeks, you should have received a series of emails inviting you to participate. The next reminder email will be sent Nov. 12. I strongly encourage you to watch for that email and follow the provided link (which is unique to each recipient) to complete the survey.

While this survey is completely voluntary, it is an important way for you to anonymously share your opinion about your experiences as a UIS student to help us further strengthen this amazing university. As a thank-you, students who complete the survey will have a chance to win one of twenty $25 giftcards to Starbucks. A drawing will be held following data collection, and winners will be notified within a couple of weeks.

Please note that the survey is being sent from UISUniversityExperienceSurvey surveys@srsrv.com and likely appears as from an “[EXTERNAL] sender” due to our partnership with a third-party vendor to protect anonymity.
