- Due to devices having photo and video capabilities, the use of mobile technology is prohibited in locker room areas.
- Any items left in a locker or elsewhere in the locker room will be taken to the Front Desk and placed in the lost and found.

Permanent lockers are available to TRAC members for purchase on a semester or annual basis.
- Rental lockers are available for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Lockers are to be used for legitimate recreational purposes only.
- All lockers are the property of the University of Illinois Springfield.
- Campus Recreation is not responsible for abandoned items.
- No items may be hung outside of the lockers.
- Locker rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In the event the locker needs to be emptied, items will be put in a secure location with professional staff. If belongings are not claimed, the items will be disposed of appropriately.

Daily Lockers

If the lock is not returned by the time the building closes, the lock and items will be removed by a Campus Recreation team member, and a $10.00 cleaning and handling fee will be assessed to the renter and must be paid before retrieving the locker contents.
- Personal locks are permitted; however, they must be removed by the time the building closes. Failure to remove a personal lock will result in the removal of the lock by a Campus Recreation team member, and a $10.00 cleaning and handling fee will be assessed to the renter and must be paid before retrieving locker contents.
- In the event the locker needs to be emptied, items will be put in a secure location with professional staff. If belongings are not claimed within one month, the items will be disposed of appropriately.
