325 UIS Researchers to test local homeless population for Hepatitis C study

Two UIS professors are crowdfunding in order to purchase test kits so they can test members of the homeless populations in Central Illinois to determine the number of people infected with the virus and conduct, testing to study the transmission of the disease.
