Call to Order:  10:04 a.m.

No additions to agenda.

1. Kurt – Smoke-free campus policy committee looking for feedback

2. Nursing Program update – Q&A w/ Dean Ermattinger 

3. Scholarship recipients – 9 recipients

Old Business:    
1. CARE- A nice letter was received from Cliff Edwards announcing his donation intentions.
2. CSAD – Mostly positive, plenty of food, the usual few negative responses.
3. Professional Development –
a. Add committee members to announcement email
b. Change deadline from June 1 to June 30 w/ advisory of accounting regulations.
c. No FAQ, but rephrase “Hours worked in excess of regular time.”
d. Eliminate supervisor’s signature (optional). It is required.
e. Minor changes (dates, names, etc.)
f. Planed to roll out 10-1-14

Chancellor’s Report – Ed Wojcicki –
1. Chancellor will name a new interim Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs
2. Brad Strickler became a lieutenant 
3. 2 police sergeants retiring, 3 new hires, sergeants replaced this summer
