a. Elections to be done in June
i. Up for re-election 2 year terms: CJ, Toni, Tracy, Denise, Patti
ii. Also filling 4 additional positions/remaining terms: Ann (2 year term), Sandi (2 year), Debbie (1 year term), Darlene (1 year term)
iii. Vice President (Janice) coordinates the elections with HR. Need to get notices out and with so many positions we probably need to do some recruiting. 
iv. Options for Darlene and Debbie’s position. Per the bylaws these 2 positions do not need to be included in the election. If there are no available candidates from the previous election, nominations may be made from the Council floor. After nominations and acceptance, a secret ballot election shall be conducted at the next meeting. A replacement shall be elected by a simple majority. http://www.uis.edu/csac/governance/bylaws/
