I. Call to Order:  10:09 AM

II. Approve agenda for this meeting:  Yes.  Motion by Jeff Sudduth, second Brian Moore.    Motion carried.  

III. Approve April Minutes – Typo pointed out by Brian Moore

IV. Approve Revised Minutes from April meeting:  Yes.  Motion by Amber Pyle, second by Jeff Sudduth.   Motion carried.

V. Announcements:  Kara Lawyer has decided to rescind her notice of resignation to CSAC

VI. New Business:  Student Union building Construction.  Live stream video available 24/7 of the construction site.  UHB parking lot closed indefinitely.

A. Fundraising progress to be discussed in the next meeting when Denise Rothenbach is available

VIII. Chancellor’s Report –Ryan Croke (Associate Chancellor for Public Affairs)
A. Stop-gap partial year budget proposal contains no MAP grant funding
B. Stop-gap partial year budget proposal includes 30% funding from FY15 for operations

IX. HR Report – Ryan Croke (Interim Senior Director of Human Resources)
A.  Human Resources Director search underway
B. New Federal requirement for Over-Time pay if employee meets a specific set of requirements
C. Discussion of vacation days’ accrual and the effect on adjunct faculty
D. Provost search update

A. APAC – Brian Moore – Upcoming elections; Fundraising Event – Canvas and Cocktails; organization wishes to be involved in staff scholarship

C. Campus Senate – Kurt Piskin – New Chair announced as Ranjan Karri

D. Campus Technology – Jeff Sudduth – 66 new digital projectors ordered.  New attendance system implemented/J-Card

G. UIEAC – Bobbie Fults-Babbs (President) – CMS retroactive charges for changing health insurance after new plans offered following AFSCME contract negotiations.  Other university Civil Service Committees are serving as “union” advisers for non-union employees

H. Parking Appeals and Advisory Board – Amber Pyle and Joanne Hoagland    Alternates: Eric Needham & CJ Castelletti – Have met twice with nothing exciting to report
