Call to Order:  10:02 AM

No additions to agenda.
Approve Agenda for this meeting:  Yes.  Motion by Jamie Voyles, second by CJ Castelletti.   Motion carried.
Approve Minutes from last meeting:  Yes.  Motion by Kelly Walraven, second by Jamie Voyles.   Motion carried.

New Business:  
a. Seat New Members; Introductions   (Brian Moore, Kara Lawyer, Caitlin Perry)	
b. Set 2015-2016 Meeting Days    (Continue with 1st Wednesday of each month)
c. Constitution and Bylaw Review;
i. Motion to amend bylaws: Council Year from June 1st-May 31st to July 1st –June 30th.  Motion carries.
ii. Motion to amend bylaws: Article II Section 1; From May to June.  Motion carries.
iii. Motion to amend Constitution: Article VI Section 1 from June to July.  Motion carries.
iv. Motion to amend Constitution: Article VI Section 3 from July to August.  Motion carries.
**Secretary’s note: The treasurer questions the font size under Article IV Officers.  Specifically, the font of “Secretary” appears larger and bolder compared to the other officers.  Perhaps a clerical error, however, this is sometimes intended to provide emphasis on the most important items in documents.  Please draw your own conclusions.
d. Nominations of Officers
i. For President:  Bobbie Fults-Babbs (by Jamie Voyles) Nomination accepted. No other nominations.  Motion to close Jamie Voyles, second Eric Needham.
ii. For Vice President: Jo Barnard (by Janice Marvel)  Nomination accepted.  No other nominations.  Motion to close Jamie Voyles, second Eric Needham.
iii. For Secretary:  CJ Castelletti  (by Janice Marvel)  Nomination accepted.  No other nominations.  Motion to close Jamie Voyles, second Eric Needham.
iv. For Treasurer:  Denise Rothenbach (by Bobbie Fults-Babbs)  Nomination accepted.  No other nominations.  Motion to close Jamie Voyles, second Eric Needham.
e. Committee Selections- Changes will be reflected under X. Committee reports.
 	
Old Business:  
a. Fundraising Effort – A meeting will be scheduled after fiscal close.
b. Professional Development Funds
i. Review of Chancellor’s letter and tentative approval for next fiscal year.  
ii. Discussed a few issues such as providing more information for supervisors
iii. Positives far outweighed the negatives in trial year.  For example: diverse requests.
Chancellor’s Report – Ryan Croake is new Chancellor’s Designee.  Appears busy for a while.

HR Report – Laura Alexander
a. Employee evaluations seem very positive on the whole.
b. “The System Office” Audits the week of 7/6- 7/10.
c. Tom Morelock retired.
Treasurer’s Report – Denise Rothenbach –None
