Met in December. 2. Committee began to narrow down fundraising ideas. Discount days at certain local retainers including County Market, Chik Fil A, Culvers 3. After hours event in Auditorium Lobby including drinks (wine/beer), light hors d’oeuvres, and prizes. There are some issues to consider with this idea including legalities/liability, permits, food services, additional considerations for after hours. 4. Cardinals baseball game via chartered bus. There are issues to consider for this as well. The ticket range is $100-300. There is an all-inclusive option but pricey. Regular seats do include a discount. Cavallo bus lines charge by the hour, not the mile – this could be a problem predicting price depending on weather, traffic, extra innings, etc. 5. Laura Clark has been contacted to help reach out to local businesses to coordinate requests. 6. Most agreement seems to center around a local restaurant % discount (ie. Dairy Queen, Texas Roadhouse, Applebees) N. Campus Planning and Budget – Jamie Voyles & Alice Seaton O. Professional Development – Jeff Sudduth, Jo Barnard, CJ Castelletti, Kara Lawyer P.
