a. Fundraising 
1. Multiple raffles are possible with state certificate.

ii. Split up funding between both CSAC accounts
3. Vino &Vinyl  -  Talk to Randy to determine liquor license req.     Evening event?
b. Professional Development Funds  - Will meet week of 2-9 to discuss rollout of round 2.
c. Welcome Initiative APAC – Meeting Feb. 13 to discuss details.

HR Report – Laura Alexander
a. Faculty union petition turned in 12/19/14.  
Over 50% tenured faculty signed on, certified as union probably in March.
Graduate assistants finalized wage reopener
b. New Background check policy being developed for status and extra help positions.
Treasurer’s Report – Denise Rothenbach – $180 left in account, will need to purchase raffle certificate(s).
