I. Call to Order:  10:04 AM

II. Approve Agenda for this meeting:  Yes.  Motion by Jamie Voyles, second by Jeff Sudduth.    Motion carried.
III. Approve Minutes from last meeting:  Yes.  Motion by Jennifer May, second by Amber Pyle.  

IV. Announcements:  Interim Provost Ermatinger is finishing his term as interim Dean for CPAA.  Education and Human Services Dean Mi will take over as interim Dean CPAA until a permanent selection is hired.
V. New Business:  Election of Officers – 
No new challenges.  Move to accept slate of officers: 1st  Jamie Voyles, 2nd   Brian Moore.
 	
VI.        Old Business:   Servers are being changed over August 9.  It is possible for some major disruptions in technology for that day.
