Jacob Rayl, Candidate for President

I believe that the Student Government Association is one of the most important tools for students on campus. Sometimes it can be difficult for a single voice to get change no matter how big or small the issue is. SGA serves as a way to bring forward issues or concerns that students may have and provide a unified voice for the student body. As SGA President I would do my best to push for a stronger student voice by working with student organizations and leaders on campus to promote what they feel is needed. By encouraging more students and organizations to work with SGA it is possible to create a more representational body, as any government is only able to best represent its constituents when they are involved.
