Costs of the Degree
A very limited number of graduate assistants are available on campus.
- Graduate assistantships provide relevant educational experiences in UIS’ academic or public affairs programs.
- These on-campus internships offer you opportunities to develop and apply skills in research, curriculum development, data analysis, editing, program evaluation, and coordination of special events.
- For more information on Graduate Assistantships (GA) visit Graduate Assistantships.
Internships are a possible source of financial assistance and most are paid. The most common internship situation is the Graduate Public Service Internship. We also have one or two departmentally arranged internships per year in addition to the GPSI positions.
A general discussion of all internships is here.
