UIS offers a variety of programs for students who want to expand their expertise after receiving a bachelor’s degree. The goals of these graduate certificates are to offer a convenient and flexible way of expanding specific skills to assist in the advancement of your career.

The purpose of the Certificate in Business Analytics is to provide business and technology practitioners with the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to collaborate in the design, development, and adoption of BA applications in organizations.

The Certificate in Business Process Management provides information systems practitioners with the fundamental knowledge needed to be able to successfully analyze, define, and design organizational processes and to effectively apply information technology to these processes.

First developed at the National Child Protection Training Center at Winona State University, CAST (Child Advocacy Studies) is a three-course curriculum created as a collaborative approach to training and educating frontline professionals and the next generation of child welfare practitioners.

The Certificate of Advanced Study Program leading to The Chief School Business Official (CSBO) Endorsement is taught online and requires the completion of 34 semester hours of course work

Approved by the Illinois State Board of Education, the Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) endorsement is sought by PK-12 teachers for the purpose of gaining an additional endorsement to be qualified to teach in a special education setting. Combine the endorsement/graduate certificate with an additional 24 credit hours of EDL coursework to fulfill requirements for a Master of Arts in Education.
