Help make the International Festival a success!
Volunteer Tasks include:
Set-up: (Noon - 2pm)
The set-up volunteers will move materials and supplies out from the International Student Services office (HRB 10) to the union north patio and will assist in setting up tables, make flag poles, and make some decorations for Festival. Please note they may list up heavy objects.
Check-in table: (2-5pm)
The check-in table volunteers will scan a QR code of guests and provide food tickets at the check in tables from 1:30 pm to 5 pm. They are required to have an available cellphone.
Master of Ceremony: (1:30-5pm)
Master of Ceremonies will introduce the performances and make special announcements at the Festival. They will cooperate with stage assistants.
Stage assistants will make sure that each of the performers will be ready to go to the stage as scheduled. They will keep track of the individual performances so everything will remain on schedule. Also, they will assist audio technicians as needed from 1:30 pm to 5 pm.
Grab ‘n Go Food box table volunteers: (2-5pm)
Grab 'n Go Food Table Volunteers will collect food tickets and stay at an assigned table until all Grab 'n Go boxes are gone. 1:30 pm - all boxes are gone.
Clean up volunteers: (5-6pm)
They will tear down flags and clean up over the venue.
