Cynthia (Cindy) Stephenson Lamar

Cynthia (Cindy) Stephenson LamarCynthia (Cindy) Stephenson Lamar is a member of the 2009 cohort. She recently retired from a career as an attorney in corporate and insurance regulatory law, and is now a Post-Doctoral Research Associate and teaches Business Ethics and Business Law at UIS. Her dissertation will apply Advocacy Coalition Theory to explain how disputing coalitions addressing one insurance regulatory policy issue came to collaborate on a related policy issue in another venue. The Dissertation’s working title is “Shifting Venues and Incomplete Policy Change: U.S. Reinsurance Collateral Policy.”
