Bio:  Nancy Esarey Ouedraogo currently serves as Statewide Specialist in Community and Economic Development for University of Illinois Extension. She delivers programming and technical assistance for organizational development, local government education, community surveys, facilitative leadership, and participatory planning. Her past experiences include database management for the University of Illinois International Services, and data analysis for the City of Bloomington using International City/County Management Association and Center for Public Safety Excellence indicators. She formerly served in the United States Peace Corps (Burkina Faso ’06-‘08) and United States AmeriCorps (2012-2013), and was awarded a membership to the United States Youth Atlantic Treaty Association, where she traveled to Denmark, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, and Kosovo as a US youth delegate for various governmental and institutional visits.
