Katrina Fill is a member of the 2017 cohort. Currently, Katrina is working as Grant Analyst with City College’s of Chicago. Previously, she worked as a financial management analyst for the federal government and as a financial/budget analyst for the City of Naperville. Her research interests include Municipal Recessionary Coping Mechanisms, Revenue Diversification & Savings Strategies of Cities, Financial Analysis of Governments, and Applying Lean Six Sigma Practices to Public Organizations to Improve Citizen Satisfaction and Create Cost Savings.
