Bio: Kari Elliott is a member of the 2019 cohort. She currently works as a professor at Lincoln College in Lincoln, Illinois, in the disciplines of interdisciplinary studies and business. Before accepting this position, she was a Graduate Public Service Intern at the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, as an energy programs associate, while in graduate school. Kari earned a Masters in Public Administration and a Bachelors in Communication, with Honors, from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Kari’s research interests stem from working in the First Year Experience program, through teaching the course, assisting in revamping the curriculum and attending the National FYE conference.
