The Volunteer & Civic Engagement Center encourages UIS to participate in the “30 Deeds in 30 Days​” challenge to help others and promote one's own well-being through fun, daily activities as part of National Volunteer Month.

The Food Pantry has prepackaged bags of food available. Students are encouraged to make an appointment for pick-up or assistance with for separate item.  Appointments can be made by emailing the Volunteer Center or by calling the Volunteer Center number and leaving a message.
