Cancellations will be accepted until July 1, 2016 with full refund when requested in writing. After July 1, 2016 refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. No cancellations may be made after July 18, 2016. Substitutes are allowed at any time by contacting CBR via email. If the program is not held for any reason, CBR’s liability is limited to a refund of the program fee.
Continuing Professional Education(CPE):
Estimated CPE Credit based on preliminary agenda:
- Accounting, 3.5 hours
- Specialized knowledge and application, 19 hours
- Business law, 1.5 hours
- Economics, 4.5 hours
The objective of this course is to explore the practice and policy of Federal and state regulation of the industry, and provide practical guidance for developing rate practices by exploring the economic, financial and accounting issues raised in the ratemaking process, along with planning, procurement and pricing issues.
The course is designed for utility industry professionals. Meeting Prerequisite: None; Preparation: None; Instructional Method: Group-Live; Course Level: Beginner (Basic Rates), Advanced (Advanced); Category Subjects: Accounting, Specialized Knowledge & Applications, Business Law, Economics. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.
We do not provide CLE credits for this course.
