Strategies to Enhance Educator and Student Well-Being

This workshop introduces the concept of positive education and makes the case for why skills that increase positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment should be taught in school. Research-based strategies that increase educator and student well-being will be discussed, as well as the application of these strategies during times of remote instruction.

After logging into the course, students will have access to some pre-work materials to complete before the course starts on June 9. A 2-hour interactive zoom session will take place from 10 – noon. Links to zoom will be found on the Moodle course page. Log in information for that will be sent on June 3.

Participants who complete the workshop will receive a digital badge and .5 CEU hours for completion.
