Campus Recreation is proud to present Intramural Esports for the first time at UIS! Intramural Esports are recreational video game leagues that could be played either online or in-person. Leagues are offered during Fall and Spring semester with new games being added each season. All current UIS students with a valid UIS i-card are welcome to join! Campus Rec partnered up with Mission Control, a third party Gaming Tech Company, to manage our Esports programs.
Spring 2020 season:
Start date: February 17th | End date: April 5th
Game type offered is Head-to-Head, where gamers play against each other at the same time. There are four consoles from which students can play: Xbox One, PS 4, Nintendo Switch, Computer.

Download the app from App Store or Google Play Store called Mission Control GG (you can find a link here Mission Control). Then create your profile and join the University of Illinois Springfield. Choose the league you want to play, check your schedule, chat with your league mates, and keep track of your standings.
For every match, you can choose to play online at your apartment/dorm or in-person at the Student Union Game Room. Most of the games are available to check out from the Student Life desk and are already installed on each console.
The Playoffs will be held at TRAC on the big screen, there will be free snacks and refreshments available, and the winners will get a FREE Intramural Champion T-Shirt!
