Kendra Baber

Kendra Baber is vice president of the History Club and the Alternative Spring Break organization at the University of Illinois Springfield. She is also a Capital Scholars Honors Program peer mentor and volunteers with Dance Marathon, an organization that raises money for the Children’s Miracle Network. She has went on three Alternative Spring Break trips, volunteering with the homeless in New York City and Washington, D.C. At UIS, she is the homelessness chair for the Leadership for Life volunteer organization and has brought events, such as the OxFam Hunger Banquet, to campus. After graduation, she hopes to teach history to middle school or high school students.

Leadership is lived at UIS. Every day.
