Career Plans: As the recipient of the Dunn Fellowship, Erin is spending the year working full-time in the Governor’s Press Office. Then, it’s law school with plans to work in criminal law.
Erin was the President of the Student Government Association, a Student Ambassador, and served on the Illinois Board of Higher Education Student Advisory Council. She was one of the student leaders for the Student Union Committee and its successful referendum. She was active in the Pre-Law Society and in the Illinois Innocence Project, working on cases in which there was a strong likelihood that a convicted person was innocent.
