Why did you choose UIS?
“I chose UIS because I didn’t want to be just a number or statistic at a big university. I wanted to be able to customize my collegiate experience.”
Memories of SSU/UIS
“A significant moment for me at UIS was being a part of the expansion of Greek Life as the founding father and President of Phi Kappa Tau.”
How did UIS change or prepare you?
“I became much more independent and driven because of my experience at UIS. I became invested in so many groups and activities which prepared me for life after college and the ability to go out and impact the community.”
Advice for current students
“Do not be afraid to try new things. Put yourself out there and you will be surprised how much personal growth you will gain, especially with things that you enjoy.”
“I am an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. I watch every game on TV and I usually go to 5-10 games a year if not more.”
