First Pitch: New Turf Dramatically Improves Baseball Field
UIS Baseball has a goal to develop a premier baseball stadium that will be recognized as one of the top NCAA DII venues in the Midwest region. The stadium will serve as a great asset to the community, fan base, alumni, donors, corporate partners, high schools, and many other benefactors. The first step has already been completed—a new artificial turf playing surface.
History Harvest | International Festival
Plans are underway to celebrate the University’s rich international and cultural diversity at the 40th International Festival – the longest running student-led tradition at the UIS. Send in your memories and photos to Erika Suzuki by October 1 so they can be shared at the event.
