UIS Fund Helps Environmental Science Student Share Results
This past year gifts to the UIS Fund provided support to the College of Public Affairs and Administration.
In May, thanks to $400 provided through this support, Environmental Science student Chris Young was able to present his research on Franklin’s ground squirrels at the Society of Ecological Restoration in Ann Arbor. Chris is studying how these squirrels, on the list of threatened species in Illinois, respond to the creation of recreational trails.
Your gifts to the UIS Fund make a difference for students! Thank you.
