Pay Equity BakeSale - This will start at 6:00pm in the Brookens Concourse before the movie. All proceeds will benefit the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
Once Were Warriors, is an award winning film about a feisty, beautiful mother of five who is still deeply in love with her volatile husband after 18 years of marriage. She is a survivor from the daily battles against the violence from within and without. What happens to her daughter changes the family forever and forces Beth to draw on her personal strength to turn adversity into triumph. This movie will start at 7:30pm and be in Brookens Auditorium. The Women's Center hopes to see you there.
