Students whose backgrounds are consistent with the program's aims, who have completed undergraduate degrees with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale), and who are accepted as full-time students into a graduate degree program at the University of Illinois at Springfield are invited to apply for the Whitney M. Young Graduate Fellowships. This fellowship is limited to U.S. Citizens and resident aliens; international students on F-1 or similar temporary visas are not eligible.
