Each month, we feature five UIS websites that offer something we think
you should know about. To view a site, click on the image or the name
of the website.
Below are sites featured in October through December 2005. The
October 2005 edition of What's New on the UIS
Website was our inaugural
edition.

Cream
of the Crop!

Honors program has been a great success. Students thrive in a collaborative
living-learning environment that focuses on leadership and skills
across the curriculum. Their recently remodeled website includes
more information about the program and comments from students. |

Don't hide your pride!
UIS hoodies, lapel pins, stadium blankets
and more are available online and on campus at the UIS Bookstore.
The Bookstore is in the lower level of the PAC building and their
holiday hours are from 9 to 2 Monday thru Thursday, and 9 to 1
on Fridays. And they're happy to take phone orders. Pick up that
extra Christmas gift now. |

Scholarship Opportunities
We recently honored all UIS scholarship
donors and recipients. Now we're gearing up for a new round of opportunity.
There are many ways to support this valuable program. |

Oedipus the King
Long considered one of the theatre’s great plays, this timeless
story of murder, incest and a person’s preoccupation with
one’s place in the universe is the fall production in the
UIS Theatre’s 2005-2006 World Tour of Drama, with performances
on November 11, 12, and 13. |
